Irene Kaushansky

Some people get it right on the first try. Irene is one of those people. Having set her sights on running her own business and helping people, she decided early on that a career in real estate would allow her to do both. A full-time Realtor since 1992, Irene is passionate about real estate, her clients and the community. She listens to her client's needs and translates their desires into realities with patience, humour and compassion. Her Keller Williams Platinum, Triple Gold, Top Team and Top 5 Team awards, along with the continual pursuit of furthering industry education, are proof of Irene's dedication to being the best agent she can be for her clients.

Philip Brown

Broker of Record, B.S.W., A.S.A.

With a background in business and an education in social work, Philip decided to leave his role as a VP of Operations and apply his business acumen to the world of real estate. An agent since 2006, Philip joined Irene with the vision of building a successful family business whose foundations lay on cultivating genuine relationships rather than collecting transactions. A big-picture thinker, Philip has always been interested in not only helping his clients find the right homes but also helping them develop a real estate portfolio that can serve as a sound investment and legacy for their families. He is committed to his clients and extends to his desire to better the real estate industry, where he regularly teaches best practices to his team and agents from other companies.

Irene and Philip have led their team through more than 1100 successful transactions and sold more than half a billion dollars worth of real estate.


Samantha Marasco

Sales Representative

Sam realized early on that she loved helping people, learning and travelling. After graduating from the University of Western Ontario with a nursing degree, she moved down to Southern California and spent ten years as an ICU travel nurse, doing just that. Sam loves building relationships and thrives in emotionally charged, fast-paced environments. She understands that life brings stressful situations, but buying and selling a property shouldn't be one of them. Sam is passionate and committed to taking the stress out of that process and providing her clients with the highest level of service and care.


Cathy Stevens

Sales Representative

Cathy obtained her real estate licence in 2005 and has been actively helping families across the GTA buy and sell houses, condos and investment properties ever since. Cathy has a passion for helping all types of clients as they navigate the ever-evolving world of real estate. Whether it’s with first-time buyers entering the market, families buying their forever homes, or seniors downsizing from their family homes to retirement residences, she expertly guides clients through the process of achieving their real estate goals. She delivers exceptional service, from her initial meeting with a client, through to closing day and beyond. Cathy has lived in Lawrence Park, in mid-town Toronto, for over 20 years, where, along with her husband, she has raised their three children and their dog, Blu.


Bridgette Leonetti

Broker

It was in university that Bridgette first encountered the world of real estate, working part-time as a receptionist and office administrator at a brokerage firm. Upon graduating from the University of Guelph with a degree in Political Science and History, she returned to Toronto with a renewed interest in real estate and the desire to make it her career. Bridgette joined the KB Team in 2012 and obtained her real estate license while managing the office and continues to oversee all transaction activities as well as assisting with showings, home inspections and buyer visits. A lifelong learner, she has also successfully completed the TESL (Teach English as a Second Language), IFIC (Investment Funds of Canada), and LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) certifications, as well as continuing education programs at York University. Her desire to learn and achieve more has served the KB Team’s clients well.

Nicoletta Palozzi

Client Care Manager

Nicoletta grew up in a big Italian family in North Etobicoke, where she helped old and young alike in her community. A graduate of George Brown College’s Early Education Program, Nicoletta’s part-time job as a receptionist at Royal Le Page grabbed her attention and set her on her real estate journey. In 2016 she joined the KB Team, where she immediately found another family and a community to contribute to. Helping and serving others is what drives Nicoletta to be the best that she can be, and she wakes up every day honoured to have the opportunity to do so.


Todd Colter

Sales Representative

Having been licensed and in the industry since 2006, Todd joined the KB Team at the beginning of 2020. He brings a history of residential, real estate development, and property management experience to the Team. In addition, his Associate Degree in Environmental Design from OCAD and his passion for the built environment have proved invaluable to his clients.

 


Susan Higgins

Sales Representative

Passionate about helping others, Susan previously spent 20 years as a business owner and personal trainer, coaching women across Toronto and the GTA to achieve their fitness goals. Licensed in real estate since 2014 and with Keller Williams since 2020, Susan brings her entrepreneurial spirit to the KB Team. As a lifelong resident of Toronto and lover of cottage properties, Susan has the expertise to find the perfect fit for her clients and their families, both in and out of the city.

Lydia is a real estate professional with a deep connection to the Greater Toronto Area. She is thrilled to guide you on your journey to finding the perfect home. Her roots trace back to the vibrant city of Mississauga, where she spent her formative years immersed in the rich culture and diverse communities that make this region truly special - She then moved to Toronto in 2016 where she currently resides and truly adores the city life.
